Hypocrisy (Sp?)

I was just sitting here going to all the different sites of the people I know complaining that they are not writing much new stuff when it dawned on me that I haven't written anything for even longer. After thinking about it, I think you all should be writing more. The real problem with me is that I'm just not as interesting as the rest of you. It takes me a month for something interesting to happen, whereas some of my friends have interesting things happen to them daily.

In new news, there is currently a challenge afoot here in the Moscow area. It seems that a couple of guys did some research and have filed a complaint that New Saint Andrews is operating in downtown Moscow in direct violation of Moscow Zoning Law. It could be a real problem for the NSA folks.

In other news, I seem to be on a roll. In the last couple weeks I have not only managed not to lose my usual $20, but to win more than that playing poker. I play a friendly, low stakes, game with some guys. The guys are all married with kids, so when I'm winning, I usually try to give it back. This week I was thwarted. I was being dealt horrible starting hands, but instead of losing with them; I kept getting the right cards. Part of me was thinking...cool, while in truth I don't like taking the money from those guys.

I have to say that I'm getting excited for the new Potter book to be out this summer. Lately in my fiction reading reading I've been relegated to reading Tom Clancy and am currently reading the "Davinci Code." The jury is still out on whether or not I'm enjoying it. I'll try to post a review when I finish it. Don't worry, it'll be a short review.

Well, I think that is it for now. I hope you all, my friends that is, are doing well.
